**Important Note About Shipping Times: USPS Standard/First Class shipping to & from Richmond, VA has been experiencing very bad delays as of October 2023 - this is an ongoing issue with USPS and their staffing issues and is out of our control. We cannot guarantee the timing of USPS ground deliveries. Typical 2-3 day delivery times can realistically range from 5 to 7 days to up to 30 days or more at this time. If you need a product within a guaranteed time frame, it is highly recommended that you select Priority Mail as your shipping method, or another guaranteed delivery service instead of First Class Mail (for letters) or Ground Advantage (for packages).**


Flat rate shipping is calculated at check out for domestic shipping within the United States. If you need shipping outside of the USA please contact us directly.


Returns


Returns are limited to 14 days after purchase with receipt for unopened small items that do not come into contact with the player. Must be unused and still have original packaging. Certain items may be ineligible for returns such as custom made products, custom assembled kits or anything that cannot be re-sold due to the nature of the item. All Sales are final for instruments, instrument outfits, cases and bows. We do have a trade-in policy for instruments purchased from our store (see FAQ page). Bows do not qualify for trade-in credit.


For online returns customers are responsible for return package shipping. If the item came damaged in the mail please send photos and contact me within 24 hours of delivery.


Privacy


Personal information collected at time of check out may include Name, Address, Email, Phone number. Any personal information that is collected on our site is only used for order fulfillment, contacting you in case we cannot complete the order or for general marketing for our company only. We will never sell or give your personal information to a 3rd party.

We bill special services, sales and trial instrument purchases as invoices. Invoice payments are due upon receipt. We have a 30 day grace period, after which we will automatically charge the credit card on file for any remaining balances. We ask that customers pay their invoices in a timely manner or to stay in clear communication with us if they need extra time. We try to reach out multiple times to customers via email and phone - but if we can't get a hold of you after the generous grace period - we reserve the right, as stated on our contracts, to run the credit card on file for the full amount due. Trial contracts are usually 7 - 14 days. If we do not hear from you after the trial period ends - we reserve the right to charge the credit card on file for the full amount of the merchandise the customer has in their possession. Invoices are generally the responsibility of the customer to pay - if you want our help making payments - please call us at 804-231-7463 and stay in clear communication with us. If you don't communicate with us - we have no way of knowing your needs. Invoices that are overdue by more than 30 days will be automatically charged. Please please please check your spam folder - we send emails and correspondence constantly - if you have not heard from us within a few days or weeks of expecting an invoice or receipt - it is likely that your email provider is filtering our emails to your spam folder.
